Casa Maria Elena, is owned and operated by articulate, English-speaking Maria Elena Zermeño Santana and family, Located at Francisca Rodriguez #163 in the south side of downtown Puerto Vallarta , just one block and a half from "Los Muertos Beach & Pier" where you can charter a boat to go whale watching, fishing or sight seeing all the wonders that the bay of banderas offers you, there is also a daily water taxi service that can take you to boat access only beaches like "Las Animas", "Kimixto" and "Yelapa"   &  half block from "Olas Altas Street" where yo can find all kinds of taco stands, cafes and restaurants with great variety of dishes national and international cuisine.

Cuates y Cuetes - Playa los muertos -

As part of staying with us we offer to our guests an special 10%  discount in our restaurant on los muertos beach named "Cuates y Cuetes" where we can provide include  a daily breakfast with an extra charge.

We have seven attractive brick and tile units in a four story stack on quiet, cobbled side street just 1.5 blocks form the beach and a 10 minute walk to the malecon, and old town.

All of our units are immaculate, light, spacious  and comfortably decorated with Mexican folk art by Maria Elena herself we offer three types of apartments:

 

 

 

We decorate our kitchenettes with Talavera tiles and Mexican tiles have unique designs, full of color and textures. You can find high relief tiles and tile borders, tiles in plain colors; Talavera tiles and Talavera tile borders, each one with a special combination of colors matte and bright.

One Bedroom Apt. (4 units in the first and second floor with balcony's in the living room an bedroom two off them facing towards the street and the other remaining two facing to our back patio.)

All of our one bedroom units have a living room with TV/Cable, a single bed that works as a couch or as a extra bed if needed, kitchenette, refrigerator, table and basic kitchen utensil's for up to 4 persons, Toaster & Coffeemaker, WiFi with broadband internet connection, Ceiling Fan (Air Conditioned is not needed, the way that the room is designed, you open the balcony  and the fresh breeze of the ocean keeps them fresh all year) In the bedroom you can find a king size bed and a good size closet with wood cabinets.

Big Studio Apt. (2 units available in the back of the property , in the bottom floor and in a first floor well ventilated, one has its own sundeck and a balcony, the one in the bottom floor has access to our main patio)

This two studios are equipped with TV/Cable, King size  bed and a single bed that works as a couch or as a extra bed if needed,  kitchenette, refrigerator, table and basic kitchen utensil's for up to 4 persons, Toaster & Coffeemaker, WiFi with broadband Internet connection, Ceiling Fan and a closet.

 

Small Studio Apt. (We have only one unit available it might be small but is a fully equipped apt located in the bottom floor of the main building, a couple steps from the street)

This studio is equipped with TV/Cable, Double bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, table and basic kitchen utensil's for up to 2 persons, Toaster & Coffeemaker, WiFi with broadband internet connection, Ceiling Fan and a spacious closet.
